general polish and improvements
- added and improve sfx when picking multiple ingredients
- added animation and sfx for when taking damage
- added sfx when clicking and ingredient
- decreased health depletion speed at start
- increased difficulty scaling rate, meaning game becomes difficult a lot faster now
- increased ingredient hitbox for easier clicking
- improved RNG of ingredients making combos a lot easier to do
