- added options to clear bet, halve bet, double bet, and bet all money
- hovering over certain buttons and card buff/debuffs display a description
- added buttons to the top and right side of the card row/column that when pressed pays a price that is reduced from the bet, then proceeds to target either the smallest or largest value card... having a higher chance at picking the latter.
